INTERAKSI SOSIAL ANTARUMAT BERAGAMA DI KELURAHAN KINGKING, TUBAN

Abstract

This paper examines social interactions between religious communities in Kingking Village, Tuban Regency, social interactions or relationships that exist in religious life between individuals and individuals, groups with groups, and individuals with groups. This research is a field research using qualitative descriptive research methods. To approach the object of research, the researcher uses a sociological approach as an auxiliary science, in addition to data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis in this study, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Kingking Village, Tuban District is a village inhabited by five religions, namely Islam, Christian, Catholic, Buddhism, and Konghucu, with the diversity of religions and cultures that are owned by each religion, the people in this village can live side by side in harmony and are able to establish relationships. as well as interactions with each other. This is evidenced by the existence of several activities that involve all religions in it, namely interactions in 17 August and Tuban Anniversary activities, interactions in Tasyakuran and Tahlilan events, interactions during Eid al-Fitr and Christmas, interactions at weddings, and interactions in visiting events. houses of people who want to perform Hajj. Such an atmosphere has indeed become something that is commonly encountered in the life of the Kingking community, while the factors that drive this interaction include: regional ties and the role of religious leaders, as well as the role of the government. Therefore, this village is able to create a safe, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere.
