Peer Review Process
HARMONI is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year. The journal primarily accepts original research-based manuscripts, with only a small number of non-research papers considered for publication. All submitted manuscripts undergo a comprehensive editorial process, including a double-blind peer review. Once a manuscript is submitted via the online submission system, a section editor conducts an initial screening to assess its eligibility for the full review process, ensuring it aligns with the journal's focus and scope. If the manuscript passes this stage, it is sent for a double-blind review by at least two reviewers. In cases where reviewer opinions differ significantly, additional reviewers may be consulted. Based on the peer review reports, the editorial board will make the final decision on whether to accept or reject the manuscript.
