Abstract

This study discusses how the function of Namira Lamongan Mosque and its influence on the surrounding community. The existence of da'wah can be enjoyed in the mosque room and on social media through the Namira Mosque Youtube Channel, Instagram, and Telegram. The method used in this study is a historical method with a historical approach and a sociological approach through interviews with several worshippers and teachers at the Namira mosque. This approach is used to observe the social aspects of the events studied. The research findings are: first, the function of the Namira mosque in influencing the community and its worshippers through several religious activities that are actively held every week, both through recitation and Qur'an learning. Second, the Namira mosque is also one of the da'wah movements that collaborate with young people and adolescents to prosper the mosque through several activities that actively involve children and adolescents in it. Third, the existence of religious da'wah by the Namira mosque is an example of mosques around Lamongan that mosques are not only based on religious movements, for places of worship and religious study but are able to become a comfortable space for visitors who come from outside the city, become tourist attractions that are also close to worship rooms and listen to religious lectures.
